How It Works

Our Solar Detach and Reset Process

Need a new roof but have solar panels in the way? Your panels have to come off before the roofers can start, and they need to go back on the right way when the roof is done.

Our team takes care of the solar side from start to finish. We safely shut down and remove your system, store it while the roof is replaced, then reinstall it, test it, and turn it back on.

Whether you have solar panels, microinverters, optimizers, or a Tesla Powerwall, our certified crew knows how to handle it.

Our Detach and Reset Process
  1. 1Free inspection of your solar system and roof
  2. 2Safe shutdown and removal of all solar panels and wiring
  3. 3Panels and parts labeled and stored while your roof is replaced
  4. 4Reinstall of your solar system with new flashing at every mount
  5. 5Full electrical testing and turn on
