Warehouses, distribution, office, retail, medical, schools, parking lots, land sites

Financial Upside

5 to 6 year typical payback, 20+ years of essentially free power

Battery Storage Systems

We perform an energy study to determine the best product fit and evaluate which strategy makes the most sense for your property, including peak shaving, backup power, and demand response programs.

Best Fit

Medical, data centers, manufacturing, multi-family

Financial Upside

Reduce peak demand charges and protect revenue during outages

EV Charging You Own

Tesla Supercharger, Level 2 and Level 3 DCFC

You buy it, you own it, you keep the revenue. We design and install your charging network end to end, from Level 2 EV chargers for everyday tenant and fleet use to Level 3 DC Fast Chargers (DCFC), including Tesla Superchargers, for high speed public charging. One owner, one network, one source of passive income that also drives new traffic to your property.

Multi-family and apartment complexes, office, hotels, fleets, mixed use developments

Financial Upside

Tenant retention, a stronger sustainability story for your property, and new revenue per stall

EV Charging: Rev Share

Tesla Supercharger, Level 3 DCFC

Want Tesla Superchargers (Level 3) on your property without buying them? As an authorized local installer for Tesla Supercharger deployment, we help qualifying sites host a Tesla owned and operated station. Good Faith Electric funds and runs the chargers, you contribute the location, and you earn ongoing revenue share plus the foot traffic that comes with it.

Asset Life

Solar, storage, and EV infrastructure are long term capital improvements. They reduce operating expenses, generate new revenue streams, capture tax incentives, and enhance property value.

Texas’s deregulated energy market leaves businesses exposed to price spikes during peak summer months. Owning your generation locks in predictable energy costs for 25 or more years and insulates your business from sudden utility rate hikes.

Between the 30% federal Investment Tax Credit, 100% bonus depreciation, and state and utility incentives still available, businesses can dramatically reduce the net cost of their infrastructure while improving NOI from day one.

Commercial Solar FAQs

Yes. The 30% federal Commercial Investment Tax Credit (ITC) remains available, but commercial solar systems must be under contract by July 4, 2026 to qualify. Businesses can also pair the ITC with 100% bonus depreciation through 2027 writing off the full system cost in Year 1 before the benefit starts to phase down.
The added weight depends on the mounting method. Ballasted systems add approximately 4 to 6 pounds per square foot distributed across the roof. Fixed, roof-attached systems add roughly 2 to 3 pounds per square foot. Our engineering team conducts a structural analysis before every installation to confirm your building can support the system.
We recommend an annual inspection by a Divine Energy Solar technician to maximize output, address any equipment issues, and ensure continued safe operation of your array. Our Shield Plan also provides priority scheduling and discounted service rates for commercial clients.
Generally, there is no negative impact on roof warranties. Divine Energy Solar coordinates with your roofing contractor to follow proper procedures and protect existing roof warranties. Solar panels can actually help protect the roof underneath from the damaging effects of hail, UV exposure, and other weather events.
All photovoltaic modules adhere to UL1703 certification, meaning they can withstand 1 inch hail at 52 mph. Larger hail events can damage modules, but that damage is typically covered by insurance. Any event severe enough to damage solar panels will likely damage the roof as well, and Divine Energy Solar can handle both repairs.
Yes. Every system Divine Energy Solar installs includes remote monitoring capability. We encourage all commercial clients to actively monitor their solar production to identify any anomalies that could affect overall system performance. Our team can also set up automated alerts for underperformance.
Divine Energy Solar has installed commercial solar on flat rooftops, metal buildings, multi-structure campuses, schools, churches, medical facilities, office complexes, retail stores, distribution centers, and data centers. We design custom systems for each building’s unique structural and energy requirements.
Timeline varies by project size and complexity. A typical commercial installation takes 8 to 16 weeks from contract signing to final interconnection. This includes engineering, permitting, procurement, installation, inspection, and utility approval. Our project management team keeps you informed at every stage.
